1. General Information

These sales conditions apply to all transactions made through our webshop. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted the terms outlined below. These conditions comply with the applicable European and Belgian regulations on consumer protection, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, and the Belgian Economic Law Code.

2. Payment Terms

All payments must be made in full before the order is processed.

Accepted payment methods:

• Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
• Wire transfer (bank details provided at checkout)

Orders will not be processed until the full amount has been received.
The customer is responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring that sufficient funds are available.

3. Order Processing

Once the payment is received in full, the order will be processed and dispatched within the specified time frame indicated at checkout.
In the event of any payment issues (e.g., declined card, incomplete wire transfer), the customer will be notified, and the order will be held until the issue is resolved.

Orders can be canceled at all times due to errors (faulty website, stock issues, wrong pricing). When canceled, a full refund will be processed.

4. Delivery and Shipping

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
All products are shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order.
The webshop is not responsible for any delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Return Policy)

According to European law, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery without providing a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us in writing (e.g., email) within the 14-day period.
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of the withdrawal notice.
The customer will bear the cost of returning the goods unless otherwise specified.
A full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be processed once the goods have been received and inspected.

6. Data Protection

We comply with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data provided during the ordering process will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and will not be shared with third parties unless necessary for the payment or delivery process.

7. Limitation of Liability

The webshop is not liable for any damages caused by improper use of the products purchased.
In case of defects or non-conformity, the customer must notify the webshop within a reasonable time (as per Belgian law) and may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. Any disputes arising from these sales conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district where the seller's registered office is located, unless otherwise stipulated by mandatory legal provisions.

9. Amendments

The webshop reserves the right to modify these sales conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated on the website, and the applicable conditions are those in force at the time of the order.
