2. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
In compliance with EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. This period starts from the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal:

- The goods must be returned within 14 days from the day you inform us of your decision to withdraw.
- The returned items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, inserts, and accessories.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal:
Unsealed audio recordings (including vinyl records and CDs) are not eligible for return if the packaging has been opened, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Returning Goods
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

- We will provide you with instructions for the return, including the return address.
- Please securely package the items, ensuring they are protected during transit. Include your order number and any relevant information.
- You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, unless the items are defective or incorrectly delivered.
4. Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods and confirm that they are in acceptable condition:
- We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Please note:
- If the returned items show signs of use or damage, we reserve the right to deduct a corresponding amount from your refund.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
5. Damaged or Defective Goods
We take great care in packaging your order, but if you receive damaged or defective goods, please contact us immediately at hello@newsdistribution.be. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund. Please provide us with clear pictures of the packaging (inside and outside), the shipping label, and the damaged goods.
To report damaged or defective goods:
- Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photos of the damage and the packaging for assessment.
- We will cover the cost of returning the damaged goods and shipping any replacements.
