After a trilogy of releases under the Decade umbrella which celebrated their 10th anniversary, Selador return to their mainline Magic Black Plastic series with another EP featuring a quartet of gems cherry picked from the label’s recent output. Volume 5 lands with the much lauded Clavis remix of Charles Webster & Ursula Rucker’s ‘Begin Anew leading from the front, followed swiftly in its slipstream by the majestic 'Other Side' by TIMANTI & Just Her. Label boss Dave Seaman then takes up the mantle aided and abetted by Thomas Gandey on vocals for the lo-slung, bass heavy 'Heavyweight Residue' and last but by no means least, Robert Babicz provides some serious rear guard action, courtesy of the downright cosmic James Harcourt remix of 'Red'.
