Italian musician, sound designer and dj based in Venice, where he fights a reckless war against his winged neigh bours: the infamous pigeons of St. Mark's square, who sometimes try to sabotage William's already unstable vintage synths. Bottin's sound is a blend of seventie s disco, early eighties electro, Italian giallo movies atmospheres and can be ro ughly defined as "horror disco". Among his collaborations: Stevie Kotey (Chicken Lips, Bear Funk), Makossa & Megablast, Richard Dorfmeister... Bottin already re leased on Bear Funk, Italians Do It Better... and Eskimo of course. He had alre ady contributed to the Cosmic Balearic Beats Vol. 1 compilation, but "Galli/Piaz za Venezia" earlier this year was his real 12" debut for Eskimo. That one got su pported by everyone from Mylo over Aeroplane to Prins Thomas, Freeform Five, Pet e Herbert, Villa and many many more. Now there is finally a follow-up with "Disc ocracy/August". Again two impressive tracks, go Bottin!!
